The Consulate of Italy in Erbil, with this Public Notice and the related attachments, intends to proceed with the search for sponsorships for the celebrations of the Italian National Day 2024 by the Consulate of Italy.
Those, interested in sponsoring the Consulate’s activities during 2024, shall be able to download the Public Notice with the related attachments and follow the procedure indicated in article no. 5 of Public Notice for submitting their offers.
• Public Notice to search for sponsors for the celebrations of Italian National Day and the Integrated Promotion Program of the Italian Consulate in Erbil in 2024.

– Single Document Form of the Sponsor’s requirements (Annex 2 to the Public Notice);
– Information form on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (Annex 3 to the Public Notice);
– Sponsorship contract model (Annex 4 to the Public Notice)
